Deposit Policy
For a guarantee of a reservation of one (1) or two (2) accommodations, a deposit equal to the first two (2) nights of the stay, before tax and resort fees, is required. The remaining balance will be collected 60 days prior to your arrival, including tax and resort fees. Reservations for one (1) or two (2) accommodations made within 60 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation Size: one (1) or two (2) accommodations All reservations of one (1) or two (2) accommodations are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive a partially refunded deposit. If you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less a transaction fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount. Cancellation notifications made within 60 days of arrival are ineligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of a portion of a reserved stay or a reduction in the size of your party made within 60 days of arrival.

Pet Policy
the green o pet package rates are an additional $50 (per night) per pet, payable at the time of reservation. Pets are welcome in select accommodations at the green o. These accommodations include Green Haus 1, Green Haus 2, Round Haus 1 and Round Haus 2. Pets are not permitted in the Social Haus. the green o’s Front Desk is available to book dog walks, hikes and pet daycare. Daycare and other services are limited and provided based on availability on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Dining
The Social Haus restaurant, bar and lounge is open exclusively for green o guests and is just a short walk from each Haus. The Social Haus is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Our chefs can accommodate most types of dietary restrictions or allergies. the green o’s guests also have complimentary access to The Resort at Paws Up’s restaurants upon request as well as in-home dining options.
Minimum Night Requirements
A minimum three-night stay is required in June–September and a minimum two-night stay is required in October–May, excluding special events, packages and holidays.
Reservations / Concierge Policies
Once your reservations are confirmed, you will receive an introductory email shortly afterward from our Concierge team. This email contains a link allowing you to request activities and spa treatments as well as to confirm travel information, allergies and special requests. Once we receive this information, we will schedule a detailed call with you and after this call, a dedicated concierge will begin building your customized itinerary. We will strive to finalize and send a copy of your itinerary at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note: all guided activities are booked in advance and scheduled for set days and times. Most guests choose to book 1–2 activities per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Activities can be booked privately upon request. 24-hour notice is required to cancel an activity or spa treatment without penalty. Changes leading up to arrival are challenging and sometimes not possible. Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival may be subject to activity limitations.
A last-minute cancellation or date change gives us little chance of filling the resulting space due to our remote location. For this reason, we uphold a strict deposit and cancellation policy. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier or arrive later than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for the original reserved room nights of your intended stay. The Resort at Paws Up highly recommends purchasing trip insurance from your local travel agent, your credit card provider or your insurance provider.
